These terms apply when you use ZiWeiLab's charts, reports, relationship readings, accounts and interactive question service.
Nature of the service
ZiWeiLab is a cultural, entertainment and self-reflection service. Its charts and interpretations are not scientific assessments and are not medical, legal, financial, relationship or safety advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
Your information
You may use your own details or details you are authorised to use. Do not submit another person's sensitive information without permission. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and private report links secure.
Purchases and access
Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal. A successful purchase grants personal access to the selected digital report or membership benefits; it does not transfer ownership of ZiWeiLab software, source material or branding.
Membership
If membership is offered, it renews at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. Usage limits, included questions and renewal status are shown in the account area. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not normally end access already paid for before the current period expires.
Acceptable use
Do not automate excessive requests, bypass limits, probe private systems, resell generated content as professional advice, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect users and service reliability.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, contact support so we can restore access, regenerate it or assess a refund under the Refund Policy.
